Job Description
Responsible for
- Assign , co-ordinate ,prepare and publish field investigation cases.
- Co-ordinate with field investigators and ensure given cases are closed on time.
- Ensure quality investigation report drafting with no errors.
- Understand client requirements and ensure relevant reports are published as per client formats.
- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders and maintain TAT and quality .
- Should be highly disciplined and high on integrity.
- Should be punctual to reporting and be a good team player.
- Should be open to learn new processes and self motivated.
- Should manage MIS and relevant trackers for internal reporting.
- Should be a quick learner .
