Job Description

We are hiring Back Office Executives to coordinate between Airtel customers and field engineers, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently within the given timelines. Kannada is Mandate.


🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

📍 Location: Marathahalli

📅 Immediate Joining Preferred


🔧 Job Responsibilities:


Coordinate with field engineers for timely job execution


Handle customer queries and ensure service satisfaction


Maintain accurate logs and updates in the system


Communicate job status updates to customers and internal teams



🗣 Language Requirements:


We are looking for candidates who are proficient in any of the following languages:


English


Kannada


Telugu


Tamil



✅ Candidate Requirements:


Good communication and coordination skills


Basic computer knowledge


Prior experience in telecom or customer support is a plus


Freshers with strong language skills are also welcome
