Job SummaryTeknik Motors is looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support daily administrative operations, data management, customer record maintenance, billing coordination, and reporting activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain customer and vehicle service records accurately.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Handle data entry and documentation work.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Telecallers, and Workshop teams.
• Manage invoicing, billing, and payment records.
• Update CRM and customer databases.
• Process warranty and service-related documentation.
• Handle emails, filing, and office correspondence.
• Support management with MIS reports and operational tasks.
• EligibilityAny Graduate / Diploma Holder.
• Freshers can apply.
• Experience in back office, administration, or data entry is preferred.
• Skills RequiredGood knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
• Strong data entry and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred CandidateExperience in automobile dealerships or service centers is an added advantage.
