• 🛠️ Key Responsibilities🔍 Inspection & DiagnosisIdentify mechanical and electrical issues in bikes
• Perform initial inspection during vehicle intake
• Use diagnostic tools for fault detection
• 🔧 Repair & MaintenanceCarry out periodic services (oil change, filter cleaning, etc.)
• Repair engines, brakes, suspension, clutch, and transmission
• Handle electrical components like battery, wiring, lights
• ⚙️ Parts HandlingReplace defective parts with genuine spare parts
• Ensure proper usage of tools and equipment
• Maintain inventory awareness for required parts
• 📋 DocumentationUpdate job cards with accurate details
• Record work done and parts used
• Follow workshop process and SOPs
• 🤝 Customer SupportExplain issues and repairs to customers (if required)
• Ensure timely delivery of vehicles
• Maintain service quality and satisfaction
• 🧠 Required SkillsStrong mechanical knowledge of two-wheelers
