Job Description

Create, develop, and manage BIM models (primarily in Revit) for corporate interior and fit-out projects.

 Ensure models adhere to company BIM standards, templates, naming conventions, and Level of Detail (LOD)

requirements.

 Update and maintain project models throughout all stages of design and execution. Generate construction drawings, GFC

drawings, detailed drawings, and schedules from BIM models.

 Ensure all drawings and documents are updated, well-organized, and delivered within timelines.

 To Implement BIM workflows, standards, and protocols across all projects.

 Stay updated with new software versions, industry trends, and BIM advancements.
