Business Development Associate

About the Role

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a critical role in shaping the first experience of new users on the platform. Your responsibility will be to create engaging, comfortable, and high-quality interactions that encourage long-term community participation.

This is not a customer support or telecalling role. We're looking for people who can naturally build rapport, communicate with empathy, and create memorable conversations.

What You'll Do

• Help create positive first experiences for new users on the platform.
• Build meaningful and engaging conversations with users.
• Understand user concerns and respond with empathy and professionalism.
• Encourage healthy, respectful, and enjoyable interactions.
• Identify recurring user feedback and share actionable insights with the product and operations teams.
• Follow conversation quality standards and continuously improve through coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate with the Community and Operations teams to improve overall user experience.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
• Ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
• Fluent in at least one of the following languages: Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Oriya
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Professional, patient, and respectful communication style.
