Job Description
We are seeking a high-energy, result-oriented, and ambitious Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective buyers/investors, and closing residential and commercial property deals.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead Conversion & Sales: Follow up on warm leads, conduct face-to-face meetings, present property portfolios, and convert prospects into property buyers.
- Site Visits & Presentations: Organize and conduct professional property site visits for clients, highlighting project USPs, configurations, amenities, and ROI potential.
- Market Networking: Build and maintain a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and independent agents to boost inventory movement and lead inflow.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle client objections, manage price negotiations smoothly, and orchestrate the end-to-end deal closure process in alignment with company policies.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor projects, pricing strategies, and upcoming infrastructure developments.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, pipeline stages, and sales forecasts within the CRM system.
- Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related stream (Undergraduates with relevant experience are also welcome).
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in direct sales, field sales, or business development. (Prior experience in Real Estate, Luxury Sales, Automobile, or Insurance sectors is highly preferred).
- Language Skills: Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and the local/regional language to build immediate trust with clients.
- Core Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship management, public presentation, and objection-handling skills.
- Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid driving license for frequent client meetings and site visits.
