Job Description
• Contact registered clients regarding their subscription renewal and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Provide accurate information about the products that customers have rented or subscribed to.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, queries, and feedback for future reference.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally through calls, emails, or other communication channels.
