Business Development Executive – B2B (Engineering Products / OEM Sales)
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to strengthen our B2B OEM business. The role involves identifying and connecting with UPS OEMs, servo stabilizer manufacturers, battery distributors, panel builders, and other engineering companies through structured cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation.
Candidate Profile
This is not an entry-level or conventional telemarketing role. It is a B2B OEM Business Development position focused on building long-term business relationships with engineering companies and OEM partners.
The selected candidate will be interacting directly with Business Owners, Managing Directors, Technical Heads, Project Heads, Purchase Heads, and other senior decision-makers. Therefore, the candidate must possess sufficient product knowledge, technical understanding, and the maturity to conduct meaningful business discussions with confidence.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development in the Online UPS industry.- Strong product knowledge of Online UPS and power electronics.- Ability to confidently answer technical and commercial queries from senior decision-makers.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Engineering background (Diploma/BE/B.Tech) is preferred.- Candidates with experience in selling engineering or industrial products will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Make 100 quality outbound calls per day (approximately 50 in the morning and 50 in the evening).
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation.
Identify and connect with UPS OEMs, servo stabilizer manufacturers, battery distributors, electrical panel manufacturers, and other engineering companies.
Introduce the company's products and OEM manufacturing capabilities over phone.
Convince prospects and generate interest through effective telephonic communication.
Send company profiles, product catalogues, presentations, and marketing materials to prospective customers.
Follow up regularly with prospects through calls and emails.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in Excel.
Conduct online research to identify new prospects whenever required.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for further customer engagement.

Mandatory: English, Hindi, Tamil
