Job Description
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Generate Home Loan leads from open market and through different channels.
- Will be responsible for meeting with Builders, Property Dealer for lead generation for home loan Sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referral/s
- Implement and develop sales activities to achieve target.
- Arrange loan events
- Handle product queries and service issues.
- Meeting clients, verify documents, process file, co-ordinate for sanction/disbursement of loan, personalized service to clients.
- Ensure the achievement of given business targets.
- Responsible to meet the Monthly and Quarterly Disbursement and Revenue goals
- Render prompt post-sales service to customers.
- Strategize and interact closely with the supervisor on delivering on Business nos.
- Work collectively with the supervisor and conduct joint sales calls whenever required
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
