Role Description
The Business Development Executive role at Square Yards is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will cultivate and manage client relationships by offering tailored property solutions, identifying sales opportunities, and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities include :-
- Identifying potential sales opportunities through Cold Calls
- Providing ongoing support to clients and getting to know their requirements
- Fostering long-term partnerships and managing client's property needs
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service
- Staying up-to-date with evolving market trends and property portfolios
- Closing property deals
- Managing client acquisitions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development and Relationship Management to build, nurture, and sustain partnerships effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging clients and offering one stop real estate solutions.
- The ability to understand mortgage and property-related financial nuances.
- Expertise in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, generate leads, and achieve revenue targets.
- Proven ability to collaborate, negotiate, and manage client needs effectively.
- Self-motivated with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in the real estate, prop-tech, or sales industry is a strong advantage.
- Must be aligned and motivated to work in a target driven environment.
- Must be having previous Sales experience in either B2C or B2B sales.
- Must be willing to join immediately
