Job DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic Business Development Executives (BDE) to manage inbound B2B sales leads. This role involves handling client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and converting leads into confirmed orders. No cold calling required.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming sales leads through CRM systems
• Understand client requirements and communicate effectively
• Coordinate with production and merchandising teams for sample development
• Follow up regularly with clients to convert leads into confirmed orders
• Maintain accurate lead updates in CRM tools
• Share daily/weekly reports with the Sales Head
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Eligibility CriteriaFreshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
• Good communication skills in English (spoken & written)
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of garments/textiles is an added advantage (training provided)
• Comfortable using CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets
• Self-motivated and team player
