Job Description

*Job Title: Business Development Executive

*Company Name: * Ski Capital Research.

*Location:* Classic Converge, 148, Sector 5, 1st Block Koramangala, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102

*Employment Type:* Full-time

*Experience Required:* 0-3 years.

*Interview Type*: Face to Face/ Company Location.

*Salary Range* : 15000 -22000/- Per Month +Upto 3 Lakh (Incentives)Variable Per Month.

*Date/Timings: June-2026/10.30 AM

*Job Summary:* We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be builds relationships with clients, and drives revenue growth by implementing strategic sales plans and expanding the company's market presence.

 Reports to: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through cold calling, and Domestic calling with your regional language.

2. Customer Engagement: Contact potential and existing customers via phone to understand customer needs, and offer suitable solutions.

3. Sales Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales by closing deals over the phone.

4. Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with prospects and customers to build relationships, answer queries, and provide product information.

5. Sales Process Management: Accurately maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and followups in the CRM system.

6. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

7. Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback to understand market needs and provide insights to the sales and product teams.

8. Cross-Selling and Up selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up sell additional products or services.

9. Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.

10. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving any customer complaints or issues promptly.

11. Stock market sales.

Qualifications:

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

2. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in a trading or small business environment.

3. Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in [Language(s)].

5. Sales Skills: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills; ability to handle objections and close sales over the phone.

6. Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and target-driven with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales.
