Job Description
Job Title:School Relations & Business Development Executive (Education Sector)

Location:Work from Home / Field (School Visits as required)
Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic professional with prior school administration experience who understands the internal functioning of educational institutions. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Closed Circuit AI solutions to schools by leveraging their network, domain knowledge, and relationship-building skills.
- Key Responsibilities:Identify and connect with schools, colleges, and educational institutions
- Leverage previous experience in school administration to approach decision-makers (Principals, Admin Heads, Management)
- Present and demonstrate Closed Circuit AI products to institutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school management
- Generate leads, follow up, and close sales deals
- Coordinate product demos (online/offline)
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Maintain daily activity reports (calls, meetings, conversions)
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Key Requirements:2+ years experience in school administration / school operations / academic coordination
- Strong understanding of school processes and decision-making hierarchy
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and negotiate with school management
- Basic knowledge of technology products (EdTech exposure is a plus)
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- Preferred Profile:Worked as School Admin / Academic Coordinator / Front Office / Operations
- Existing network with schools is a strong advantage
- Experience in admissions, school coordination, or institutional relationships
- Compensation:Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives (based on performance)
- High growth opportunity in EdTech / AI domain
- Work Timings:Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Additional Note:Candidates with direct school exposure will be given high preference, as the role requires strong understanding of institutional workflows and relationship management.
