Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through referrals, digital platforms, channel partners, and direct marketing.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.
- Convert inquiries into successful property sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Business Development Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Develop relationships with channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer requirements and competitor activities.
- Assist in planning promotional campaigns and marketing events.
- Build strategic partnerships to increase project visibility.
- Client Relationship ManagementMaintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
- Documentation & CoordinationPrepare quotations, booking forms, and sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate records in the system.
- ReportingSubmit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
- Maintain lead status and sales pipeline.
- Track customer interactions and follow-up schedules.
- Analyze sales performance and recommend improvement strategies.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or business development.
- Required SkillsStrong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Customer relationship management.
- Lead generation and business development.
- Market analysis and competitor research.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred Experience in residential or commercial real estate sales.
- Existing network of brokers and channel partners is an added advantage.
- Monthly sales revenue achieved.
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Site visits conducted.
- Conversion ratio from leads to bookings.
- New channel partners onboarded.
- Business opportunities generated.
- Timely submission of sales reports.
