Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Executive (Back Office)
Responsibilities:
- Make cold calls and send emails to potential clients
- Present products/services professionally and identify client needs
- Build long-term client relationships and close sales
- Schedule calls/meetings and maintain CRM records
- Achieve sales targets and share periodic performance reports
- Handle back-office sales (no field work)
Requirements:
- Graduate
- Immediate joiner
- Fluent in Hindi; working knowledge of English
- Experience in cold calling and inside sales
- Basic CRM and MS Excel knowledge
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
