Job Description
Hiring: Sales Intern / Business Development Associate
We are looking for self-motivated, high-energy individuals to join our sales team. This is a remote-friendly/flexible role perfect for freshers looking to break into sales or experienced freelancers wanting a consistent income stream.
The Essentials
- Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday.
- Commitment: Minimum 5 hours per day.
- Experience: Open to all! Whether you are a Fresher with great communication or an Experienced Sales Pro, we want you.
- Your ResponsibilitiesHigh-Volume Outreach: Making 100 – 200 outbound calls per day to potential leads.
- Lead Qualification: Identifying interested prospects and "churning" the raw data into hot leads.
- Pipeline Management: Maintaining a basic log of call outcomes and follow-ups.
What We’re Looking For
- Resilience: You don't take "No" personally; you see it as one step closer to a "Yes."
- Clear Communication: Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Discipline: Since this is a flexible role, you must be a self-starter who can hit call targets without constant hand-holding.
