Job SummaryWe are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Call Center Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, service follow-ups, appointment bookings, customer feedback, and complaint handling for our automobile dealership operations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Schedule service appointments and confirm bookings
- Follow up with customers for:
- Vehicle service due
- Feedback collection
- Insurance renewal
- Pending service jobs
- Maintain customer data and update CRM/software regularly
- Explain service offers, campaigns, and reminders to customers
- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when required
- Coordinate with service advisors and showroom staff
- Maintain daily call reports and follow-up status
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and response quality
- Support sales and service campaigns through telecalling activities
- Required SkillsGood communication skills in:
- Kannada
- English
- Hindi/Tamil (preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, email usage)
- Good listening and convincing ability
- Polite and customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
- Strong follow-up skills
- QualificationMinimum Qualification: PUC / Any Degree
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
- Experience in automobile showroom/service center preferred
- Working Hours9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Weekly off as per company policy
