Role SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and courteous Car Driver to safely transport company personnel, goods or documents as required, maintain the vehicle in good condition, and ensure punctuality and professionalism in all duties.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the company-provided vehicle (car/sedan) to assigned destinations within Bengaluru (and occasionally nearby towns) following company schedules.
• Ensure vehicle is in pristine condition: clean, fuelled, and maintained (check tyres, oil, brakes, lights, etc) before each trip.
• Pick up and drop staff, clients or goods safely and on-time.
• Obey all traffic laws, company transport rules, and maintain a clean driving record.
• Assist with loading/unloading of materials if required and ensure secure handling of any items being transported.
• Maintain mileage, vehicle log sheets, trip records, and report any incidents, accidents or repair issues promptly.
• Keep the vehicle interior and exterior clean, presentable and hygienic at all times.
• Be available for extra or outstation trips as and when required by management (with prior notice).
• Display a professional demeanour: polite to passengers, courteous, well-groomed, and attentive.
• Any other duty assigned by the supervisor/management related to transport or logistics.
• Requirements & QualificationsValid Driving Licence for light motor vehicles (car) issued by RTO.
• Minimum education: 10th standard pass preferred (or relevant equivalent).
• Prior experience as a driver (minimum 1-3 years preferred) in Bengaluru or similar urban area.
• Good knowledge of Bengaluru city routes, traffic patterns and alternative roads.
• Punctual, honest, disciplined, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Good physical fitness and eyesight.
• Basic skills in vehicle-maintenance checks (tyres, brakes, oil levels) is a plus.
• Ability to speak Kannada (local language) and at least basic communication in English/Kannada.
• Willingness to adhere to company uniform/dress code (if any) and conduct guidelines (no smoking, no alcohol while on duty, etc).
• Work ConditionsFull-time, day-shift (with possibility of early/late hours depending on travel/trips).
• Based in Bengaluru; may involve local and occasional out-station travel.
• Company vehicle provided (fuel/maintenance covered as per company policy) or mileage allowance (confirm).
