Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries via calls, emails, and chats
  • Counsel students on graduate and post-graduate courses and career opportunities
  • Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
  • Convert leads into enrollments through effective counselling and sales techniques
  • Maintain follow-ups with prospective students and nurture leads
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and updates in CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for lead management
  • Ensure a smooth admission process and positive candidate experience
