Job Description
The Centre Manager at EduCADD ThinkWorks will be responsible for managing overall centre operations, including admissions, team supervision, student experience, and revenue growth. The role involves achieving admission targets, handling student counselling, ensuring smooth academic and administrative functioning, and maintaining high service standards. The Centre Manager will lead and monitor staff performance, address student and parent concerns, and support marketing and business development activities to increase enrolments.
The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree, with 1 – 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the education or training sector. Strong skills in operations management, team leadership, communication, sales, and reporting are essential, along with the ability to multitask, meet targets, and maintain a professional approach.
