About the Role

Learn On-Line Academy is looking for a proactive and versatile Operations & Marketing Executive who can support student enquiries, handle follow-ups, assist with basic accounts work, and contribute to marketing activities. The candidate should be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities and supporting day-to-day operational activities of the institute.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through calls, WhatsApp, and social media.

* Assist with basic accounts-related work whenever required.

* Participate in promotional video shoots and support content creation activities.

* Coordinate with different teams and support daily institute operations.

* Ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks and maintain workflow efficiency.

*  Assist with basic accounts-related work, such as generating invoices and maintaining the ledger.

Required Skills

* Good communication skills in Kannada and English.

* Basic knowledge of accounts and record management. Assist with basic accounts-related work, such as generating invoices and maintaining the ledger.

* Confidence to participate in video shoots and promotional activities.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
