Job Title: Chat support Executive

Location: KR Puram, Bangalore

Salary: 18,000 to 20,000 (In-hand) + Incentives up to 4,000/month

Experience: 0- 5 Years (Freshers can apply)

Qualification: 12th or PUC or Graduation or 3 years of Diploma courses

Languages: English & any other Regional languages

Shift: Day Shift | 6 Days Working (1 Rotational Off)


Job Role: Customer support, non-voice (email/chat), query resolution, customer handling, issue management, record maintenance


Skills: Communication, Problem-Solving attitude, Customer Handling
