Location: Koramangala, Whitefield & MG Road, Bangalore

Experience: 2 – 10 years in Inside Sales / B2C Sales / Business Development

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 06:30 PM (Fixed Shift)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on Experience & Interview) + Attractive Incentives

Job Role

As an Immigration Sales Specialist, you will connect with prospective clients who are interested in overseas education, work visas, permanent residency, and immigration services. You will understand their requirements, explain suitable solutions, build trust, and convert qualified leads into successful customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable immigration solutions.
• Counsel clients regarding overseas education, work permits, PR, and immigration services.
• Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Business Development, Counselling, or Customer Service.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong convincing ability with a customer-first approach.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
• Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
