Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Insurance Broking Services Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate with insurers, and support policy placement and servicing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client insurance requirements (Life, Health, Motor & Other General Insurance)
• Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy issuance, and renewals
• Assist clients in policy comparison and selection
• Ensure timely policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals
• Handle documentation, KYC, proposals, and compliance requirements
• Support clients during claims processing and follow-ups
• Maintain client records and MIS reports
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and internal processes
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and insurers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline university
• Basic knowledge of insurance products and broking process
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
• Basic knowledge of IRDAI rules & regulations
