Job Description
Set up and operate CNC Lathe machines independently
Read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets
Perform tool setting, offset correction, and program loading
Monitor machining quality and maintain production targets
Inspect finished components using measuring instruments
Carry out routine machine maintenance and housekeeping
Follow safety and quality standards in production
Knowledge of CNC Lathe machine operation and setting
Understanding of Fanuc/Siemens controller preferred
Ability to use Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, etc.
Basic knowledge of CNC programming and tooling
Good troubleshooting skills
