#### **Job Summary:**

Sujay Industries is seeking diligent and motivated individuals to join our production team as CNC Programmers / Operators. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for freshers who are eager to start their careers in the manufacturing and engineering sector. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of CNC machinery and a keen eye for detail.

#### **Key Responsibilities:**

*  Operate and manage CNC machines to perform various machining tasks.

*  Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

*  Assist in setting up machines, loading materials, and positioning workpieces.

*  Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and detect any malfunctions.

*  Use precision measuring instruments (like calipers, micrometers) to check the quality and accuracy of finished parts.

*  Perform basic machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and safe.

*  Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

#### **Qualifications and Requirements:**

*  **Experience:** Freshers are welcome to apply.

*  **Skills:**

  *  Basic understanding of CNC machines and the machining process.

  *  Familiarity with using measuring instruments for quality control.

*  **Age:** 18 - 60 years.

*  **Education:** A high school diploma, ITI, or a diploma in a relevant technical field is preferred.

*  Day Shift (Full-Time)

*  **Monthly Salary:** ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 (Fixed)
