Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Collection Executive to manage customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments for our lending portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining professional communication with customers, ensuring timely recovery, and adhering to compliance guidelines.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesContact delinquent customers through calls to follow up on overdue payments.
• Manage BL / PL / Auto Loan portfolios across different DPD (Days Past Due) buckets.
• Offer closure, settlement, or restructuring options as per company policies.
• Maintain calling discipline and track PTPs (Promise to Pay).
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries related to payments.
• Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Update customer interactions and payment follow-ups in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and dispute resolution.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and collection processes.
• Build positive customer relationships while maintaining recovery efficiency.
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduation in any discipline.
• Experience: 0–3 years in collections, telecalling, recovery, or customer handling.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Basic knowledge of collections and recovery process preferred.
• Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle difficult customer conversations professionally.
• Target-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
