Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Collection Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of delinquent accounts, leading a team of collection agents, and ensuring compliance with collection laws and regulations.
Language: Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and prioritize collection efforts.
- Lead and mentor a team of collection agents, setting performance goals.
- Negotiate payment arrangements with debtors and handle complex negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with collection laws, including the FDCPA.
- Generate reports on collection activities and provide recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 years of experience in Debt-Collection Recovery
- Strong knowledge of collection laws and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in collection software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- DRA Certificate preferred.
