About UsLandmark Properties is a leading real estate firm dedicated to delivering exceptional property solutions. We are seeking a professional and reliable Company Driver to join our team and support our daily transit operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Executive Transit: Safely drive clients, investors, and senior management to residential/commercial property sites and business meetings.
• Navigation & Punctuality: Map out the best routes in advance to avoid traffic and ensure timely arrivals for property viewings.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the company vehicle exceptionally clean (interior and exterior) and ensure regular servicing, oil checks, and tire pressure maintenance.
• Document Management: Maintain accurate logs of daily mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance records. Ensure all vehicle papers (insurance, registration, etc.) are up to date.
• Administrative Assistance: Assist with minor outdoor administrative tasks when required, such as delivering important property documents, cheques, or picking up office supplies.
• Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a commercial, corporate, or personal driver (experience within a real estate setup is a plus).
• License: Must possess a valid and clean Permanent Driving License.
• Skills:
• Excellent knowledge of local routes, shortcuts, and traffic patterns.
• Proficient in using smartphone navigation apps like Google Maps.
• Safe driving record with zero major traffic violations.
• Attributes: Punctual, well-groomed, polite, and capable of maintaining professional client confidentiality.
