Who We're Looking For

Ironix is a Bengaluru-based performance apparel brand gearing up for launch. We're looking for a Head of Creative who wants to build something from scratch.

The brand vision, ethos, and identity are already taking shape. What we need is someone who can sit across from the founders, push the creative thinking further, and translate it into every visual and content touchpoint the brand owns.

This is an equal collaboration. You'll be building alongside the team who care deeply about craft.

What You'll Own

• Co-own the visual identity and creative direction of the brand alongside the founders
• Lead the look and feel of all content: social, campaign, shoots, films, and product reveals
• Direct photography and video productions briefing, on-set direction, post-production oversight
• Oversee the graphic designer and any creative freelancers
• Ensure every output from a Story to a hang tag are consistent with our brand
• Build the creative systems and templates that scale with the brand

Who You Are

• Experience: 1–4 years in a creative role
• Portfolio: Strong work spanning brand identity, social content, and campaign direction
• On-set experience: You've directed shoots, you understand how to brief a photographer and shape a production, not just design for one
• Background: Apparel, lifestyle, fitness, or D2C experience is a strong plus
