Job Description
Position: Credit Card Sales Executive
Company: SBI
Location: Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore
Eligibility:
- Freshers: Age 21–30 years
- Experienced Candidates: Age 21–35 years
- Education: 12th Pass / Any Degree / B.Tech
Salary
Freshers:
- ₹24,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Attractive performance incentives up to ₹60,000/month
Experienced Candidates:
- ₹26,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- Attractive performance incentives up to ₹65,000/month
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers for SBI Credit Cards.
- Explain credit card features, benefits, and offers to customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Assist customers with the application process and documentation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure quality service and compliance with company policies.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic sales and customer handling abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to work in the field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
