About the Role
Nevixa Enterprises is looking for dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to assist customers with their online shopping experience. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving order-related issues, and ensuring a smooth support experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, chat, and email.
- Assist customers with online orders, order tracking, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and within timelines.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update support tickets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Deliver a positive customer experience on every interaction.
Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Customer service experience is an advantage, but freshers can also apply.
