Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries and concerns through email in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM/system.
- Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams whenever required.
- Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective written communication.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Graduation is Mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a Non-Voice/Email Support process (Mandatory).
- Language: Excellent English communication (Written) + Any One Regional Language.
- Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
Salary & Benefits:
- CTC: ₹23,000 per month
- Take Home Salary: ₹22,500 per month
