🕒 Shift: Rotational | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

📅 Working Days: 6 Days (1 Rotational Off)


💼 Job Role – Associate

📞 Handle customer calls professionally

🛍️ Assist customers regarding Flipkart orders & services

💬 Resolve queries and provide accurate information

📊 Maintain call records in the system

😊 Ensure high customer satisfaction


✅ Eligibility


✔ Minimum 12th Pass

✔  0.6 to 1yr Experience Required

✔ Good English & Hindi Communication

✔ Immediate Joiners Preferred

💵 CTC : Fresher 21500 - 16727 in hand
