Customer Support Executive
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to assist customers, resolve inquiries, and provide exceptional service across phone, email, and chat channels.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Provide accurate product/service information.
- Resolve issues promptly or escalate when necessary.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.

Requirements:
- 0–3 years of customer service/support experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
