Customer Care Executive

Role - Operation Executive / Customer Support.

Key responsibility.

●    Excellent English/Hindi communication skills.

●    Managing the day to day operations.

●    Handling customer escalations through the phone.

●    Handling the helpdesk tickets.

●    Handling customer escalations by meeting up the customer only need basis.

●    Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

●    Go the extra mile to drive sales.

●    Remain knowledgeable on different service offered.

●    Team up with shop managers and operation team to ensure excellent customer service provided.

●    Build productive trust relationship with customers.

●    Build productive trust relationship with shop managers and operation team.

●    100% compliance and ensuring timely pickup and delivery of orders by coordinating with various team.

●    Responsible for 100% compliance on pick-up and delivery orders

●    Responsible for public relationship through various medium like facebook, twitter, google ..etc.

●    Effective execution of various sales promotional activities.

●    Customer centric

●    Ensure customer delight

●    Obtain feedback on quality of service and convey to the backend team and management team.

●    Resolve customer complaints within the SLA.

●    Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)

●    Inform customers about discounts and special offers

●    Provide customer feedback to management team.

●    Stay up-to-date with new services.

●    Ensuring all shops are opened and closed on time.

●    Resource management and swapping of the resourse in case of emergency.

Time - 10am - 9pm

Week off - Rotational off

Salary range - 20000 -28000

Experience 2-5 years
