Overview


Hema Style Studio is a leading and rapidly growing social commerce brand. We are looking for a young, dynamic, and intelligent female customer service executive to engage with our customers and prospects while facilitating online orders.


Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers and prospects to assist with online orders.
  • Coordinate with inventory managers to update daily stock count.
  • Work with the order processing executive to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Provide excellent customer service.


Qualifications:

  • 2nd PUC or Graduate


Preferred Skills:

  • Customer service experience
  • Computer working knowledge
  • Excel/Google sheet working knowledge
