Job Description
Kings Club is looking for energetic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to handle customer interactions, provide excellent service, and maintain strong customer relationships.
If you have good communication skills and enjoy talking to customers, this role is for you.
Job Responsibilities
✔ Handle customer calls, chats, and queries professionally
✔ Provide accurate information regarding products/services
✔ Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently
✔ Maintain customer records and follow up when required
✔ Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
✔ Ensure customer satisfaction and positive experience
✔ Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
✔ Experience: 0–2 years in Customer Support / Telecalling / BPO / Customer Service preferred
✔ Good communication skills in Kannada + Basic English (Hindi added advantage)
✔ Basic computer knowledge
✔ Positive attitude and customer handling skills
