Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors when required.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and attendance targets.
  • Follow company processes and deliver excellent customer service.

Eligibility

  • 12th Pass or Graduate.
  • Freshers can apply; some roles prefer 3–6 months of BPO experience.
  • Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is an advantage.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Key Skills

  • Good verbal communication.
  • Active listening and problem-solving.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Basic MS Office/computer skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts, depending on the process. 
  • Language fluency is mandatory
