Job Description
Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer interactions and support business growth. The role involves resolving customer queries, maintaining relationships, and supporting sales activities. Candidates with a sales background will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Support sales activities by promoting products/services
- Follow up with customers for feedback and conversions
- Maintain records of customer interactions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers can apply)
- Good communication skills in English and regional languages
- Basic computer knowledge
