Job Description
Job TitleCustomer Support Executive (Voice Process / BPO)
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Meet quality, productivity, and attendance targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service while following company protocols.
- Eligibility12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply (some roles prefer 3–6 months of BPO experience).
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi and regional languages is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
