Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide a positive experience
- 0–3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Immediate joiner preferred
