Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with international customers in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner.
• Query Resolution: Actively listen to customer inquiries, identify root causes, and provide accurate product/service solutions.
• Process Adherence: Strictly follow established process guidelines, compliance metrics, and quality standards on every call.
• Relationship Building: Gather customer feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to maintain long-lasting relationships.
• Data Management: Log call details, update customer accounts, and document resolutions accurately in the internal CRM database.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 0 to 5 years of experience in an International BPO / Voice Process (Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication (neutral accent or clear diction suitable for global clients).
• Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts / night shifts (US/UK/Australia time zones).
• Work Location: Must be willing to work from the Bangalore office facility
• Typing Speed: Minimum \(25 \text{ WPM}\) with basic computer navigation skills.
