Nexusbyte Innovations Pvt Ltd is looking for dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our international support team.

This role offers an excellent overseas career opportunity with training in Bangalore and relocation to an international location after successful completion of training.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries through voice, chat, and email support while maintaining high-quality communication and service standards.


๐ŸŽฏ Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through Voice, Chat, and Email support.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
  • Maintain high-quality communication with international customers.
  • Follow company processes and service quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and timely response.
  • Support onboarding and process compliance.


 Requirements :

  • 0 to 3 years of experience in BPO / Customer Support (Freshers can apply).
  • Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).
  • Multilingual candidates preferred (Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil).
  • Willing to relocate to Overseas / International location.
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Valid passport preferred or willingness to apply for passport (Mandatory for relocation).
  • South Indian language is an added advantage.
