Customer Support Executive

Job SummaryRentelo is looking for an energetic Customer Support Representative to manage end-to-end customer interactions across our voice and digital chat channels. In this role, you will handle inbound customer inquiries, manage real-time chat support, verify booking documents, and ensure a seamless experience for our self-drive car and bike rental platform.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVoice & Chat Support: Handle incoming customer calls and real-time live chats regarding vehicle bookings, rental pricing, and availability.
• Document Verification: Verify driving licenses, IDs, and KYC documents via the backend dashboard before vehicle handovers.
• Booking Management: Guide customers through website/app bookings, cancellations, extensions, and refund modifications.
• On-Road Assistance: Coordinate swiftly with the fleet team via chat/call to assist customers during breakdowns or emergencies.
• Coordination: Work closely with ground hub teams to ensure smooth physical vehicle pickups and drops.
• Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years in Customer Service, BPO, Voice, or Non-Voice/Chat processes (experience with mobility apps like Zoomcar, Bounce, or Ola/Uber is a major plus).
• Typing Speed: Good typing speed with accuracy for handling concurrent chat conversations.
• Languages: Fluent English (written and verbal) and Kannada or Hindi are highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving mindset, and basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM platforms).
