Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team at Skadoosh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth customer experience by handling customer interactions, managing bookings, supporting event coordination, and assisting in daily operations to deliver exceptional experiences for children and families visiting our play zone
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Support
● Act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the center or contacting through phone, WhatsApp, or online platforms
● Assist customers with inquiries related to play area access, memberships, birthday parties, and event packages
● Handle customer complaints, concerns, and feedback professionally while ensuring quick resolution
● Maintain strong customer relationships before, during, and after services
Booking & Coordination
● Manage birthday party bookings, school event inquiries, and customer reservations
● Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and suggest suitable packages
● Support event scheduling and ensure proper communication of customer requirements to operations teams
● Follow up with customers regarding confirmations, payments, and post-event feedback
Operational Support
● Coordinate internally with operations, event team, and front desk staff to ensure smooth customer experience
● Ensure customer requests are communicated properly and executed efficiently
● Monitor customer flow and assist in managing peak-hour operations
● Support daily center activities and ensure customers are attended to promptly
Sales & Customer Engagement
● Promote memberships, birthday packages, and special offers to customers
● Upsell relevant services and packages based on customer needs
● Maintain customer database and follow up for repeat visits, renewals, and future events
● Build positive relationships to improve customer retention and satisfaction
Quality & Compliance
● Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
● Collect customer feedback and share improvement suggestions with management
● Support in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall guest experience standards
● Ensure customer safety guidelines and play area protocols are communicated properly to guests
