Location: Bengaluru, KA | Experience: 2-3 Years
**Must have experience in working as a Customer Support Team Lead (Voice and Chat) **
We are seeking a high-energy Customer Support Team Lead to drive excellence in our service delivery. You will mentor a team of associates, ensuring they meet KPIs while maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Management: Monitor real-time metrics (SLA, AHT, CSAT) and provide actionable feedback.
- Team Development: Conduct regular coaching sessions, training, and quality audits to upskill the team.
- Escalation Handling: Act as the final point of contact for complex customer issues and technical queries.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and suggest workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a TL or Senior Associate in a BPO/Customer Service environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 shift environment.
Education: Any Graduate.
