Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, analyze, interpret, and visualize data that supports business decision-making. The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling large datasets, creating insightful dashboards, generating reports, and identifying trends that drive operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.

Create interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Microsoft Excel.

Develop data visualizations that effectively communicate key performance metrics.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Monitor business KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.

Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.

Automate recurring reports wherever possible.

Support management with ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests.

Maintain documentation of reports, dashboards, and data processes.

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, Macros preferred).

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.

Knowledge of SQL for querying databases.

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
