Job Description
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online presence and drive high-quality lead generation for our real estate projects. In this role, you will design, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to attract property buyers, investors, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs). Your ultimate goal will be to maximize ROI on ad spend and deliver a consistent pipeline of qualified leads to our sales team.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation Campaigns: Run, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search & Display) specifically targeted at property buyers.
- Social Media Management: Create and maintain a content calendar for our social media handles, showcasing project walk-throughs, construction updates, customer testimonials, and real estate insights.
- SEO & Content Marketing: Optimize website landing pages for local SEO to rank higher for target keywords (e.g., "flats for sale in Yelahanka"). Write clear ad copies and headlines that drive clicks.
- Performance Analytics: Track and report monthly digital marketing metrics including Cost Per Lead (CPL), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rates, and overall ROI using tools like Google Analytics.
- Vendor & Asset Coordination: Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to create high-converting ad creatives, banners, and reels.
- Requirements & QualificationsExperience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience handling performance marketing/digital marketing (Prior experience in the Real Estate sector running lead-gen campaigns is highly preferred).
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and basic understanding of SEO practices.
- Creative Skills: Good copywriting skills for real estate ads and an eye for engaging visual content (Reels, Carousels).
- Education: Graduate in Marketing, Media, Communications, or any related stream (Digital Marketing certifications are a plus).
